Options >Device > Advanced System settings > TCP/IP > Then Enter

APN =glogwap

Username =wap

Password = wap

Make sure that you enable the APN settings and the Authentication settings

Press Menu and save settings

For older models with OS < 6.0

Go to Options > Advanced Option >TCP/IP > Enter APN,Username and Password,
