This post take a look at the MTN Nigeria manual gprs/apn/ip/dns/wap/internet settings/configurations with reference to these phone models:
Acer cloud mobile S500,Acer Betouch E140,E130,E120,E101,E110,E200,E400,Acer Liquid series: Acer liquid A1,Acer Liquid E,Acer liquid Metal.
To manually configure these Acer phones with the MTN (GLO,AIRTEL,ETISALAT) Nigeria gprs,apn,dns,wap,internet settings Go to:
Settings >more settings>mobile network> Access Point Name >click on menu options>New Access Point>type:
Connection Name =MTNyayo
Bearer=Packet data
Access Point Name =web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
Username=web
Promt Password =no
Password =gprs
Authentication =normal
Homepabe=http://wap.mtnonline.com
Use access point automatically.
FOR AIRTEL,ETISALAT,GLO, CHANGE THESE PARAMETERS.

NOTE THAT THESE SETTINGS CAN BE MODIFIED FOR ANY COUNTRY AND ANY NETWORK WITH THE PARAMETERS CHANGED.
